IMPORTANT:

Once you have downloaded the file onto your computer, please make sure you Right Mouse Click on the file name called Advanced Estimating worksheet – go to Properties – under Security and check box for Unblock – then Apply.

If Unblock is not checked off, the workbook will not open.

This is a macro enabled Excel workbook file with VBA code for advanced formulas, and it needs to be allowed to run the code within it.

Open Excel – go to File – then Options (low left corner) – click Trust Center – then Trust Center Settings – then Macro Settings – select Enable VBA macros options (as shown below) – then hit OK. You are all set! Close all Excel files. Then re-open.

This is a one time procedure.

The VBA coding with formulas will run in the background; automatic updates will be provided and activation of licenses will be enabled.
